Donald H. Rumsfeld, Secretary of Defense (foreign military aggression), meeting with his troops at Camp Buehring, Kuwait, is asked, “Why do we soldiers have to dig through local landfills for pieces of scrap metal and compromised ballistic glass to up-armor our vehicles?”

To which Rumsfeld responds with, “As you know, you go to war with the army you have, not the army you might want or wish to have at a later time.”

While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are in Afghanistan, Djibouti, Iraq, the Philippines and west Africa defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world”—the ostensibly pro-State’s Rights—Republican (fascist/socialist) de facto President George W. Bush (having received an unlawful advantage of 52 ineligible Electoral votes) signs the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2005, limiting the power of states and municipalities to use the Firearms Trace System database maintained by the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms.
