New Britain, connecticut statute enforcement officers (acting under-color-of-law) conduct their second raid in a month’s span, on the home of Andrew Glover, looking for child pornography.  In the interim between the two raids Glover, underwent intestinal surgery, and was recuperating at home.  The SEOs frustrated at coming up empty-handed a second time, rip the catheter from Glover’s body, and leave him at home—without calling for medical assistance.  Glover was not involved in child pornography, and had no criminal record; rather the SEOs arrest two of Glover’s neighbors.
