While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are in Afghanistan, Djibouti, Iraq and the Philippines defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Kyle Lindquist dies in prison, a decade into his 24-year sentence for conspiracy to distribute 1,000 kilograms of marijuana.  Lindquist was a married father of three, and a self-supporting excavation contractor and rancher.  When statute enforcement agents (acting under-color-of-law) raided his property they did not find even a seed of marijuana, but was convicted on the testimony of several indicted suspects who entered into plea bargains for sentences between nine months to five years.  Lindquist’s personal property was seized almost immediately; his real property was sold at auction BEFORE his conviction.  This left his family completely destitute.
