While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are in Afghanistan, Djibouti, Iraq and the Philippines defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the Federal court for the northern district of california refuses to hear County of Santa Cruz v. Ashcroft: judge Jeremy D. Fogel decides that under the powers of Article I, Section 8 [Clause 3] (the Interstate Commerce Clause), the attorney general is free to conduct raids against municipally sponsored marijuana farms that provide medicinal marijuana to their residents.
