Two months after proclaiming “The era of big government is over” in his State of the nation address, Democratic (socialist/fascist) de facto President Clinton, Esq., submits his annual budget proposal of 1,640,000.000 “dollars”—an increase of 40,000.000 “dollars” from his budget proposal of the previous year.

       NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Clinton was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
