       The Federal court for the middle district of the confederate state of tennessee decides United states v. Abrego Garcia: judge Waverly D. Crenshaw, Jr., dismisses the Department of Justice’s “vindictive” persecution against Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia.

       While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the third circuit court of appeals refuses to rehear Khalil v. Trump, allowing to stand its previous ruling authorizing the detention—without due process—of lawful U.s. residents who protest against U.s. support for Israel’s genocide against Gaza.
