       While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Marco A. Rubio, de facto secretary of state, in remarks to reporters says, “Cuba has always posed a national security threat to the United [s]tates.  They, by the way, have been one of the leading sponsors of terrorism in the entire region.”

       NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Rubio was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].

       Joseph B. Edlow, Esq., Director of the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, issues Policy Memorandum 602-0199, requiring all applicants for permanent resident status (a.k.a. a “Green Card”) to return to their home nations and submit these applicants at a foreign U.s. Consular Office.
