While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Carol Beecher, Director Division of the Division of Elections of the Federal enclave of Alaska, disqualifies Daniel J. Sullivan, of Petersburg, as a candidate in the Republican (fascist/socialist) senatorial primary as his name is too similar to the incumbent de facto senator Daniel J. Sullivan, Esq.: “[Y]our declaration of candidacy was … filed with a purpose to confuse or mislead and to thereby compromise the ballot’s fairness or neutrality.”
NOTES:
- As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Sullivan was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2];
- Beecher’s decision should serve as further evidence that the power to elect u.S. Senators needs to be restored to the State legislatures who are better informed than the average voter;
- This event also demonstrates the danger of the government-controlled (Australian) secret ballot, and the need for a return to the candidate-controlled (American) public ballot.
