De facto Commander-in-Chief Biden (having received an unlawful advantage of 41 ineligible and 62 stolen Electoral votes) issues Proclamation 10467,
“grant[ing]… full, complete, and unconditional pardon[s] To all current United [s]tates [subject/enemy/] citizens and lawful permanent residents who committed the offense of simple possession of marijuana.
· · · · · · ·
No language herein shall be construed to pardon any person for any other offense, including possession of other controlled substances, whether committed prior, subsequent, or contemporaneous to the pardoned offense of simple possession of marijuana. This pardon does not apply to individuals who were non-citizens not lawfully present in the United States at the time of their offense.
Questions:
- As President, why did Biden wait nearly two years before correcting these injustices?
- As a senator, why did Biden, on more than one occasion, sponsor draconian anti-drug legislation that created these injustices?
