While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Democratic (socialist/fascist) de facto President Biden (having received an unlawful advantage of 41 ineligible and 62 stolen Electoral votes) commutes the life-without-parole sentence of Leonard Peltier, a founding member of the American Indian Movement, for a murder that he did not commit.  Peltier will spend the remainder of his life under house arrest.

       Questions:

  • Why a commutation and not a pardon?
  • Why did Biden make Peltier, who had already been locked up for a half-century make the AIM founder wait in prison for another four years?

But Biden does issue pardons to:

  • Anthony S. Fauci, retired Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases;
  • retired U.s. Army General Mark A. Milley, former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff;
  • the entire house select committee to investigate the January 6th attack on the United states Capitol;
  • and members of his family—all in advance of due process.

       Democratic de facto President Biden, Esq., (having received an unlawful advantage of 41 ineligible and 62 stolen Electoral votes) turns the presidency back over to Republican (fascist/socialist) former President Trump.  Biden is giving to Trump a (publicly held portion of the) national debt that has expanded from 27,600,000,000,000 to 36,400,000,000,000 “dollars,” going from 84,000 to 107,000 “dollars,” per person, but declined from 131 to 123% of the Gross National Product.

NOTES:

  • The nation is still paying for the Panics of 1837, 1857 and 1907; the War of Federal Aggression; the Great War (World War I); the pre-New Deal; the Recession of 1974; the Reagan Reverie; the Savings and Loan Bailout; the Persian Gulf War; the Afghan- & Iraqi-American Wars, the Great Recession; the Billionaire Bailout; and the COVID-19 Crisis through unlawful and Direct (income) taxes placed upon U.s. subject/enemy/citizens.
  • As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Biden was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6, Clause 2.
  • The Democratic and Republican (status quo) parties have now maintained a 128-year duopoly on political power.
  • In his inaugural address Trump expressed his hopes for national reconciliation, but then proceeded to attack his political enemies and vowed to oppress LGBTQAIP citizens and free-market workers.

       Commander-in-Chief Trump issues an unprecedented flurry of 26 executive orders, among which Executive Order 14164 declaring,

       It is the policy of the United [s]tates to ensure that the laws that authorize capital punishment are respected and faithfully implemented, and to counteract the politicians and judges who subvert the law by obstructing and preventing the execution of capital sentences.
