While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Republican (fascist/socialist) President Trump signs the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act:
- Repealing the individual requirement to purchase health insurance as required by the Affordable Care Act (a.k.a. “Obamacare” (a.k.a. “Romneycare”);
- Rewarding the low tax states that supported him in the 2016 presidential elections with a reduction in the unlawful, personal Federal income tax, lowering the top bracket of 39.6% on the last 426,700 “dollars to 37% on the last 500,000 “dollars” earned;
- Keeping the number of personal tax brackets at seven, and the lowest bracket at 10% of the first 9,525 “dollars” unchanged;
- Reducing the maximum corporate rate from 35 to 21; and
- Punishing the high tax states that did not support him by limiting the deductibility of lawful state and municipal income and property taxes.
Postscript: One year later a Department of Commerce survey revealed that the job creating capital investments that the act was supposed to stimulate did not happen.

While the United States Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Chicago, illinois statute enforcement officers search a “no-knock” (legal home invasion) arrest warrant on the home of Shanae Cross. The SEOs breakdown the front door to the point that it becomes unusable. To add insult to injury, the SEOs did not realize they were at the wrong address.
NOTE: There were around 3,000 SWAT raids in 1980. Four decades later that number had risen to nearly 80,000.
