The supreme judicial court, of the commonwealth of massachusetts, decides Lunn v. commonwealth: state officials are under no obligation to assist in the enforcement of Federal immigration law.

While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the eighth circuit court of appeals hands down United states v. Horton: the Federal Bureau of Investigation is permitted to employ unlawful methods that violate Article IV of Amendment and the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure in order to arrest purveyor-consumers of child pornography.
NOTE: Although the crime of child pornography is one of the most repulsive, the editors wish to note that the Federal government first persecutes the weak and unpopular in order to establish a precedent that can be used against the rest of us.
