Black Muslim Minister Louis Farrakhan, of the Nation of Islam, speaking at the Metropolitan African Methodist Episcopal church (a 501(c)3, government-chartered, non-profit corporation, as opposed to a new testament (First Amendment) Church) in the District of Columbia, commenting on the recent controversy over the Confederate battle flag says.

       I don’t know what the hell the fight is about over the Confederate flag.  We need to put the American flag down.  Because we’ve caught as much hell under that [flag] as the Confederate flag.  Who are we fighting today?  It’s the people that carry the American flag.
