Digital Service, “to make websites more consumer friendly, to identify and fix problems, and to help upgrade the government’s technology infrastructure.” [emphasis added]

       Caldwell, (Federal enclave of) Idaho statute enforcement officers spend ten hours contaminating the home of Shania West with 2-chlorobenzylidene malononitrile (a.k.a. “tear”) gas searching for a wanted felon.  West had given the SEOs her house keys and permission to search the home—but not to render it uninhabitable.
