While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the Federal court for the district of colorado hands down American Civil Liberties Union of Colorado v. Denver  (colorado): judge Marcia Smith Krieger rules that restricting protestors at the Democratic (socialist/fascist) National Convention to “Free Speech” zones far removed from the convention’s delegates does not infringe upon peaceful dialogue: “The … plaintiffs have a wide variety of alternative means of expression that will allow them to effectively communicate their messages.”

       Hiu Lui Ng, a free-market software engineer, dies of undiagnosed cancer, in the custody of Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents.  Ng had reported to ICE for his final interview before being granted “permanent resident” status, when he was arrested.
