The Iraqi Civil War continues: Two coordinated suicide bombings by the al-Qaida (Arabic for “the Base”) international terrorist network, in Baghdad, kill 69 Iraqi nationals.
NOTE: Meanwhile no members of the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) lost their lives in combat.

While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Robert S. Mueller III, Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, confirms to the senate judiciary committee that he has ignored the wishes of CONgress, and continued to issue “national security letters.” NSLs are essentially self-written search warrants not sanctioned by a judge, and thus in violation of Article IV of Amendment.
Postscript: A year later, after a transfer of the presidency from the Republican (fascist/socialist) Party to the Democratic (socialist/fascist) Party, Mueller not only has not been charged with violation of his Oath to the Constitution for the united States, he also retained his position as Director of the FBI.

Jarrod Hankins, a Washington County, arkansas court bailiff, places Adriana Torres-Flores, a free-market worker, in a holding cell, and forgets about her.
Postscript: Four days later the jail staff “discovers” the error, and found Torres severely dehydrated and lying on the floor. She was only able to survive by drinking her own urine.`
