While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Drug Enforcement agents (acting under-color-of-law) arrest Daniel Chong, a marijuana activist and student at the University of california at San Diego, place him in a holding cell, and forget about him.

Postscript: Five days later the agents “discovered” their error, and found Chong severely dehydrated and suffering from kidney failure.  The only able to survive by drinking his own urine.
