While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down Charter Communications v. Enron: Defrauded Enron investors may not use third parties participate in the fraudulent inflation of the value of common (having voting rights, but not guaranteed dividends) stock.

       The privately owned Federal Reserve System of (central) Banks auctions 30,000,000,000 “dollars” to commercial banks at an interest rate of 3.95 percent.  This is the third in a series of such auctions that started in December to prevent a “credit freeze.”

       Cass R. Sunstein, a professor at Harvard Law School, co-publishes a white paper entitled “Conspiracy Theories,” advocating that the Federal government purge the Internet of theories that climate change is a fraud, that the assassination of Democratic (socialist/fascist) President Kennedy was the result of a plot.

       Postscript: A year later Sunstein became Administrator of Information and Regulatory Affairs for Democratic de facto President Obama (either a natural born subject of the British enclave of Kenya, or a natural born resident of the republic of Hawaii).
