CitiGroup, Bank of America, and JPMorgan Chase, three of the largest commercial banks in the nation agree to a create a 75,000,000,000 “dollar” reserve fund—independent of the Federal Reserve System of (central) Banks—in hopes of instilling greater trust in the nation’s credit markets.
