While the United States Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Republican (fascist/socialist) de facto President George W. Bush (having received an unlawful advantage of 43 ineligible Electoral votes) signs House Joint Resolution 43, raising the national debt limit from 8,965,000,000,000 to 9,815,000,000,000 “dollars.”

- Among the Republican legislators voting to increase the debt limit were senator John Kyl, of the Federal enclave of Arizona; senator Mitch McConnell, of the commonwealth of kentucky; CONgressman John Boehner, of the Federal enclave of Ohio; and CONgressman Eric Cantor, of the commonwealth of virgina.
