While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” presiding judge Sharon Faye Keller, of the court of criminal appeals of texas, refuses to order the court clear’s office open past the regular closing time—as she was required to do—on days of scheduled executions.  Attorneys (government licensed legal counsel) for Michael Wayne Richard had requested that office remain open for a few minutes so they could file a last minute appeal.

Postscript: Richard was executed a few hours later.
