The Federal court for the district of (the Federal enclave of) Nevada decides United states v. Kahre: The refuses to convict Robert Kahre of income tax evasion for paying his workers agreed upon wages in gold and silver Coin (lawful Money), and not reporting the income to the Internal Revenue Service because the face value of Coins was below IRS reporting requirements.  This is another example of Jury Nullification (The act of a fully informed Jury, empowered through self-knowledge, to judge the decrees and the evidence in question).

NOTE: This verdict received no attention from the national media, and only one article in the local newspaper.
