While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are in Afghanistan, Djibouti, Iraq, the Philippines and west Africa defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the District of Columbia circuit court of appeals hands down American Council on Education v. Federal Communications Commission, ruling as lawful the recent practice of tapping into Internet and broadband telephone communications.
