While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are in Afghanistan, Djibouti, Iraq, the Philippines and west Africa defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” de facto Commander-in-Chief George W. Bush issues Executive Order 13369, creating the President’s Advisory Panel on Federal Tax Reform, for the purpose of reducing “the Costs and administrative burdens of compliance with such laws … and promote long-run economic growth and job creation. …”

       NOTE: Bush’s order does not mention compliance with the lawfully amended Constitution for the united States, which only authorizes tariffs, imposts, excises, duties and taxes on corporate profits (income).
