Paul D. Wolfowitz, Under Secretary of Defense (foreign aggression), testifies to CONgress that another 50,000,000,000 “dollars” will be needed for the “War against Terrorism,” for Fiscal Year 2005.  This is on top of the 165,000,000,000 “dollars” already spent since 9-1-1 (9/11/2001), and the 405,000,000,000 already appropriated for the “regular” foreign military aggression needs of FY 2004.
