The supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down Saenz v. Roe: under the fraudulent 14th amendment, states are required to make higher welfare payments to U.s subject/enemy/citizens who have moved from states paying lower benefits; restricting a citizen’s right to welfare is a restriction upon his inalienable right to travel.
