Roy Balentine, Principal of Pearl (Mississippi) High School, declines the offer Front Sight to give free marksmanship training to all of his school’s teachers.  “We don’t need teachers crossing over into police responsibilities.”  This comes after a student murdered two other students, at the school, with a handgun.  The student was stopped from murdering more, only with the intervention of an armed Vice Principal.
