Wag the Dog I: To divert public attention away from his involvement in the Lewinsky Affair, de facto Commander-in-Chief Clinton, Esq.—on the day Monica Lewinsky is testifying to CONgress about her extra-marital relationship with him—orders the United states Navy to launch cruise missiles at the Al-Shifa pharmaceutical factory in Khartoum, Sudan.  Ostensibly, this attack is in retaliation for the bombings of U.s. embassies in Nairobi, Kenya, and Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania, by international terrorist Osama bin Muhammad bin Awad bin Laden, two weeks previous.

       NOTE:

  • This destroyed 90% of that nation’s drug making capacity, and leaving millions vulnerable to otherwise treatable diseases such as malaria and tuberculosis.  Among the other benign products of the El Shifa plant was Doramectin, an important vaccine against the Screw Worm Fly—it was Sudan’s only source against one of its worst public health hazards.
  • As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Clinton was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
