       Democratic (socialist/fascist) de facto President Clinton, Esq., signs the Defense of Marriage Act, exempting states, and the Federal government, from having to recognize same-sex marriages granted in other states.

       NOTES:

  • Clinton signed DOMA without photographers or ceremony, in the middle of the night, in an attempt to minimize the publicity of his betrayal of one of his core constituencies..
  • As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Clinton was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
