Republic of california voters pass Proposition 22 defining marriage as the civil union between a man and a woman (YEA, 61.4%; NAY, 38.6%).

       NOTE: This is a violation of california constitution of 1879, article I, section 3, prerogative of churches to decide whom they are going to marry, and whom they are not going to marry.
