       Democratic (socialist/fascist) de facto President Clinton, Esq., signs the Helms–Burton Cuban Liberty and Democratic Solidarity Act, “seek[ing] international sanctions against the Castro [communist] government in Cuba, to plan for support of a transition government leading to a democratically elected government.”

       NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Clinton was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
