United states Army Lieutenant Colonel Bryan Hilferty (private mercenary), of the U.s. Army Manpower Analysis Command, announces that between one to two percent of more than 5,700 Individual Ready Reserve (those who have completed their active duty obligation, but must maintain their uniforms as civilians in an inactive status) Soldiers, who have been recalled to active duty have refused to do so.

       While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are in Afghanistan, Djibouti, Iraq, the Philippines and west Africa defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the Coast Guard, under the Federal government’s “wet-foot/dry-foot policy,” forcibly repatriates 15 Cuban emigres, who had landed on a deserted bridge piling, in Marathon Key, florida, to the communist, “worker’s paradise.”  Had the Cubans landed on the adjacent, functioning bridge, they would have been allowed to enter the United States, because they would have been able to “walk to dry land.”
