       The ninth circuit court of appeals hands down Fully Informed Jury Association v. superior court of San Diego County (california), upholding the right of courts to ban the depositing of Fully Informed Jury materials in news racks outside courthouses: “We find that the regulation is necessary to serve the state’s compelling interest in protecting the integrity [naivete] of the jury system. …”
