The supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down Adarand Constructors v. Pena, overturning Metro Broadcasting v. Federal Communications Commission: Via the fraudulent 14th amendment, any racially based regulations by Federal, state or municipal agencies must meet the “Strict Scrutiny Test,” as defined by the supreme court.
NOTE: Although four justices participated in both decisions, no one had switched their votes.
