1991/01/18

While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are in Saudi Arabia, “determined to protect the lives of American citizens abroad,” Federal prosecutors from the southern district of the confederate state of florida admit that the Central Intelligence Agency and U.s. Army Intelligence paid military dictator Manuel Noriega, incarcerated in Federal prison, 320,000 “dollars” while he was an ally of the U.s. government.

NOTE: This was to deflect claims from Noriega’s defense attorney that he had been paid over 11,000,000 “dollars.”
