The supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down Rogers v. Lodge: Via the fraudulent 14th amendment, multi-member, at-large representation violates equal protection.
NOTE: The violation of equal protection here, which the court did not address, is in allowing each voter as many votes as there are seats. This prevents the representation of political minorities. True proportional representation results from “One-man, one-vote.”
