        The supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down Cleburne (texas) v. Cleburne Living Center: Via the fraudulent 14th amendment, municipal corporations may not impose zoning restrictions against group homes for the mentally disabled. 

       NOTE: The issue of property rights was not an issue here, only equal protection.
