Democratic (socialist/fascist) President Carter signs house resolution 1337, legalizing the home brewing of beer and wine.  This is the first time since the alleged ratification of the 18th amendment that United states subject/enemy/citizens have been able to engage in such lawful and peaceful activities—in spite of the alleged repeal of Prohibition, with the 22nd amendment.
