The New Federalism/New Deal V (1969 – 1974) begins: While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are in Vietnam, “united in … determination to take all necessary measures in support of freedom,” Republican (fascist/socialist) de facto President Nixon, Esq., in a televised address to the nation proposes reforms to existing and introduction of new, unlawful Federal spending initiatives:
- Transformation of the Cabinet level post office into an independent agency;
- A complete overhaul of Federal aid to the poor;
- New job training and placement programs;
- An overhaul of the Office of Economic Opportunity; and
- Sharing of Federal tax revenues with the States.
NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Nixon was ineligible to serves to two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
