The supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down Shapiro v. Thompson, declaring as unlawful state residency requirements for the receipt of government welfare payments.  In its decision the court declares that the Right to Travel exists via the Due Process Clause of the fraudulent 14th amendment making no mention of Article IX of Amendment.
