De facto Commander-in-Chief Kennedy, Esq., issues Executive Orders

  • 10995, directing the Office of Emergency Planning to seize control of the nation’s electronic and print media in a declared emergency;
  • 10997, directing the Secretary of the Interior to seize control of the petroleum, mining and transportation industries, and electric utilities in the nation, during a declared emergency;
  • 10998, directing the Secretary of Agriculture to seize control of the growth, harvesting, distribution and consumption of all food in the nation, during a declared emergency;
  • 11000, directing the Secretary of Labor to register, relocate and mobilize United States enemy citizens into strategic labor forces under Federal supervision, during a declared emergency;
  • 11001, directing the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare to seize control all health, education, welfare, wages and prices in the nation, during a declared emergency;
  • 11002, directing the Postmaster General to operate a national registry of all United States enemy citizens and resident aliens;
  • 11003, directing the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Agency to take over all airports and aircraft—including commercial aircraft— in the nation, during a declared emergency;
  • 11004, directing the Housing and Finance Authority to forcibly relocate entire communities; and
  • 11005, directing the Housing and Home Finance Administrator to take over railroads, inland waterways and public storage facilities in the nation, during a declared emergency.

       NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Kennedy was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
