The supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down Braunfield v. Brown, upholding—under the fraudulent 14th amendment—Sunday Blue (mandatory closing) laws, which places a competitive disadvantage against businesses owned by minority religions that keep a Sabbath other than Sunday.
NOTE: In rendering this verdict the court ignored the pennsylvania constitution of 1874, article I, section 3.
