The Fair Deal/New Deal III (1949-52) begins: At the convening of the Democratic (socialist/fascist) 18th counterfeit CONgress (elected in accordance with the fraudulent 17th amendment) Democratic President Truman delivers his State of the nation address, proposing new Federal spending to expand upon the New Deals of Democratic President Franklin Roosevelt.  His agenda includes new or increased initiatives in the areas of health, indigent assistance, education, housing, veterans’ benefits, agriculture, and electricity and water projects.
