The supreme court of the corporate United states refuses to hear United states v. Tojo, rejecting the appeal of the death sentence handed down to Hideki Tojo, former Prime Minister of the Empire of Japan, for war crimes committed during the Axis War (World War II).

Postscript: Tojo, along with six others were executed the next day.

Question: Does the law follow the flag?
