The New Deal I (1933 – 1934) begins: Democratic (socialist/fascist) de facto President Franklin Roosevelt, Esq., in his first “Fireside Chat” radio address to the nation explains that he is intensifying the economic interventionist policies of his predecessor, Republican (fascist/socialist) President Hoover, in an effort to lift the nation out of the Great Depression.

       NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Roosevelt was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
