The Republican (proto-fascist/socialist) 61st Constitutional Congress (elected in accordance with Article I, Section 3 [Clause 1]) purportedly passes Senate Joint Resolution 40, proposing to the States a 16th amendment to the Constitution for the united States, permitting a federal, personal income tax: “The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.” (emphasis added)
NOTES:
- The passage of SJR 40 was null and void, as the Senate was presided over by James S. Sherman, de jure President of the United states. The Constitution does not allow for the same individual to be both President of the united States and President of the Senate.
- This is the further realization of plank number two of the “Communist Manifesto” by Karl Marx.
