The Court of Appeals, of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, decides Williams v. Blair, declaring the State’s Replevin (Stay) Act violates the Constitution for the united States provision against “impairing the Obligation of Contracts.”  This anti-relief decision sets off an immediate move in the Relief Party controlled legislature to impeach and remove from office the entire court.
