The unlawful second (central) Bank of the United States opens for business. 

       NOTE: The bank was run by Nicolas Biddle who paid bribes to politicians for supporting the bank.  During the presidential elections of 1828, Biddle he spent more than 100,000 Dollars of the bank’s money in support of Jackson’s political opponents.
