Eleven days after 9-1-1 (9/11/2001)—the ostensibly pro-State sovereignty—Republican (fascist/socialist) de facto President George W. Bush (having received an unlawful advantage of 52 ineligible Electoral votes), signs the Air Transportation Safety and System Stabilization Act (corporate welfare), providing a 15,000,000,000 “dollar” bailout of the airline industry: 10,000,000,000 “dollars” in loan guarantees, and an outright gift of 5,000,000,000 “dollars,” thus rewarding inefficient air carriers, while punishing those that have best satisfied consumer wants. The act also establishes the Victims Compensation Fund, by which the victims of 9-1-1, will receive redress from the earnings of United states enemy citizens (taxpayers), who bear no more responsibility other than voting and paying taxes; and not from the insurance companies who were paid to cover these losses, or the pirates (international terrorists) who initiated the attack, or those who formulated and implemented by the interventionist United states government.
NOTES:
- The stated rationale for this act was that all of the airlines were in danger of going bankrupt due to a five day suspension following 9-1-1. The act also limits the legal liabilities of AMR and SAL corporations (the parent companies of American and United Airlines) to only the passengers (a legal term for “persons” who have paid for commercial transit). CONgress, at a later time, will determine who is responsible (who deserves the blame) for the business disruption damage to property, and loss of life on the ground, which is estimated at 42,000,000,000 “dollars.” The truth is that the weaker airlines would go bankrupt, and [continue without disruption, and be operated by the debtors in possession, to prevent further waste of the businesses; as the better managed, airlines assume a larger market share adjusting to fit Consumer demand. It is estimated the airlines which were already in need of down-sizing due to a projected operating loss of 4,000,000,000 “dollars.”
- The VCF is funded out of the collection of unlawful income taxes, extorted from the earnings of United States enemy-citizens, who bear no more responsibility for 9-1-1 other than voting for those who implemented the very aggressive, interventionist foreign policy that provoked the attack.
- This is a Bill of Attainder, which is forbidden by Article I, Section 9 [Clause 3], the intention is to assign guilt (responsibility) to innocent parties by legislative fiat.
Postscript: In the six weeks following the passage of this act, many domestic industries have made their case for Federal aid, among whom:
- Amtrak, a creation of the Federal government, and a heavily subsidized, passenger rail service—which has never made a profit in its three-decade history—has requested 70,000,000,000 “dollars” in grants and loans;
- Travel agents have requested 4,000,000,000 “dollars”;
- The rental car industry has requested 1,500,000,000 “dollars”—ten percent of its annual revenues;
- Workers in the airline and travel industries have asked for federally subsidized unemployment benefits (traditionally a state function);
- Agribusinesses have asked for 170,000,000,000 “dollars” over the next decade, calling their legislation “The Farm Security Act”;
- Republican (fascist/socialist) governor George E. Pataki, of new york, requested 54,000,000,000 “dollars,” on top of the already 17,500,000,000 that New York City has already received.

This is also egalitarianism—“those who do not provide for themselves will be rewarded; those who do provide for themselves will be punished.” [It is as French as the berets the Iraqis and our crack coalition troops wear. Liberty, Equality, Fraternity. What happened to American uniforms?
This is in place of declaring the pirates, outlawed, and declaring their assets forfeit, with the prize crew to earn its percentage, and the injured be restored to their property, as the Letters of Marque and Reprisal may state. It’s a time honored way to enlist honorable and aggressive people in a just cause, supported by the Legislature of the nation, in writing. Why didn’t the incumbents choose the Lawful path? Aren’t they bound by the same laws under the “All men are created equal” doctrine of the Primary Statute, the glorious Declaration.
Look at the government’s books from the government’s point of view: More debt, means we can print more federal reserve ‘notes’ to give evidence of the newly monetized debt, that ‘they’ (that’s SS, We the People) owe, or are legislated to owe, sans their Lawful consent, except for the polls. All this and more is done by circumventing the rights of the People, and ignoring the Constitution. “What are they going to do about it? They’ll get in line to get their share of ‘dollars’ as long as the credit card system stays up and running.” Please prove me wrong.
The wars of empire, exactly as the present wars of internal control will be not only be Funded by the same class of taxpayers, but it will be done in our name and with our blood, sweat, tears and liberty. —- JL
