De facto senator James M. Jeffords, Esq., of the independent state of vermont, changes his party affiliation from Republican (fascist/socialist) to independent-Democratic (socialist/fascist), which changes control of the unlawfully elected senate (within the provisions of the fraudulent 17th amendment) from the Republicans (51-50 (with de facto Vice President Richard B. Cheney (having received an unlawful advantage of 52 ineligible Electoral votes) casting the tie-breaking vote as president of the senate)), to the Democrats (50-49).  This assures that the senate remains in the control of the status quo (Democratic and Republican) parties.

NOTES:

  • During the 124 days that the Republican Party (the party of better not smaller government) controlled the two political branches, it:
    • preserved the unlawful personal income tax for another decade;
    • proposed increasing the Federal budget (most spending programs, of which, are unlawful) by four percent;
    • expanded the unlawful “War on Drugs”;
    • maintained the overseas peacekeeping commitments of the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) from the Clinton administration.
    • Also since 1995, the Republican CONgress faced a Democratic President severely weakened by impeachment, and did not pass single budget that was lower than the one that preceded it. The fiscal year 2001 budget alone saw an almost 50% increase in agricultural spending from 16 to 23.4 billion “dollars.”
  • As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Jeffords was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
